I have used Tim on several occasions. First as an Interim Director for Technical Services in a turn around situation. He was able to win the trust of the staff and begin to implement needed process changes. He communicated well at all levels of an organization. In addition, I have used him for an IT assessment and planning in a turn around situation. He has deep knowledge of the industry and was able to communicate the structure and processes to support alignment of the IT activities to the business needs of the organization thru the use of data and benchmarking.
