We conducted the first healthcare security assessment for organizations in the 1990’s before the Kennedy-Kassebaum act was passed in 1996 (known as HIPAA).

Privacy and security are not just important, they represent significant risks to an organization if not implemented and managed actively.  These are not one time projects, but processes where a ‘failure’ can irreparably damage an organizations reputation with its patients, providers and partners.

We are knowledgeable in the requirements of HIPAA, best practices, and the underlying technology from having conducted several HIPAA assessments since 1996.
